Chef Marquez comes to Mauro’s after working at such notable restaurants
as Peacock Alley in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel and as Souz Chef at the
Russian Tea Room. Chef Norberto brings his innovative touch to traditional
Italian ingredients and dishes.
Some of the restaurant's signature dishes are: Lobster Crab Cakes, Chicken
Portofino, Veal Shank Ossobucco and Zuppa di Pesce Possillipo.
